synopsis

Senator Gabriel Alcaraz is about to give a speech in which he will allege corruption at the top of government. When going to the Senate, he learns that there is a plot against him. The police are going to arrest him for taking part in an operation many years ago. Suspecting that there is not going to be a fair trial, Alcaraz flees and hides abroad.
