synopsis

This movie follows the story of Mitch Rapp, a young man who seeks revenge against terrorists after his girlfriend is killed in a terrorist attack. The movie begins with Mitch Rapp (Dylan O'Brien) proposing to his girlfriend on a beach in Ibiza, but their happy moment is interrupted when a group of terrorists launched a surprise attack, killing everyone on the beach except for Mitch. Grieving and filled with rage, Mitch decides to dedicate his life to hunting down the people responsible for the attack. He catches the attention of the CIA, who recruits him for a secret program designed to train assassins. Under the guidance of veteran agent Stan Hurley (Michael Keaton), Mitch learns how to fight, use weapons, and carry out covert operations. His first mission takes him to Istanbul, where he and his team must stop a group of terrorists from acquiring a nuclear weapon. As the mission progresses, Mitch discovers that one of his teammates, Annika (Shiva Negar), is actually a rogue agent working for the terrorists. He must fight against her and her allies to prevent them from carrying out their deadly plan.
