synopsis

Bad Santa primarily tells the story of Willie T. Stokes, a convicted conman who leads a miserable life. He drinks heavily and often embarrasses himself publicly. He only dresses up as Santa Claus and works once a year. But on Christmas Eve, he and his small partner-in-crime, the dwarf Marcus, plan a meticulously planned heist and rob their department store, taking everything they can get. This time, Willie is distracted by a big woman, a bartender who is attracted to Santa, and a child who believes he is the real deal. However, Marcus has to endure Willie's alcoholism and a series of events that continually undermine their plans.
