synopsis

Crooked House tells that Agatha Christie's classic detective tale follows Charles Hayward, a former diplomat turned private detective, who returns to London from Cairo. When wealthy tycoon Aristide Leonides is found murdered in his own bed, Hayward is called in to investigate the crime. As the investigation progresses, he discovers that one of the prime suspects is Aristide's alluring granddaughter, with whom Hayward had a past romantic involvement. Navigating the hostility of the family, including the sultry Sophia, Hayward must keep a clear head to uncover the truth behind the murder.
