synopsis

Down tells that The Millennium Building's express elevators start malfunctioning and elevator mechanic Mark Newman is sent to investigate. But he faces unexpected resistance and encounters gruesome incidents, including a blind man falling into the shaft and a decapitated security guard. Mark teams up with reporter Jennifer to uncover the secrets behind the elevator's erratic behavior. As the death toll rises, the government seals off the building, suspecting terrorist involvement. Mark faces an unpredictable enemy lurking inside the building, determined to protect its dark secret. He must fight to take it down before it's too late.
