synopsis

In the midst of downtown, Soo-A is forcefully taken to a psychiatric hospital where she is confined and subjected to frequent drug injections and cruel abuse. Despite her confusion about why she is being held there, she meticulously documents all the horrific events she endures. After a year, a notebook containing her account lands in the hands of Nam-Soo, a broadcasting station PD, who is appalled by its contents. To uncover the truth, Nam-Soo sets out to locate Soo-A, who is currently imprisoned as a murder suspect. Soo-A, who is the sole survivor of a fire accident, is determined to reveal the hidden truth behind a murder case that occurred during the blaze.
