synopsis

Dana Milgrom, a track and field coach, was out for her usual morning run when she was unfortunately involved in a car accident. Dana woke up to find herself in a hospital bed with a trachea in her throat, breathing on a ventilator. The doctor told Dana's husband Steve, who was next to her, that her lungs might forget how to breathe if she was on a ventilator for a long time. Steve told Dana that she died for a few minutes before the doctors revived her after resuscitation. Dana could not speak and could only communicate with her husband and daughter using a keyboard to write in a notebook. After her daughter, Gemma, and her husband, Steve, leave, Dana finds a scary gray man next to her bed during the night. Horrified, Dana tells her doctor about it, but he doesn't believe it and thinks it's due to brain hallucinations caused by painkillers. Then, Dana encountered something even more horrible, - at night, the gray-skinned man reappeared and compressed the trachea so that Dana suffocated and fainted.
