synopsis

Danny and Wheeler are two men in their 30s who are struggling to find meaning in their lives. Danny is feeling stagnant and has lost the love of his girlfriend, while Wheeler engages in meaningless sexual encounters. After getting into a physical altercation with a tow truck driver, they opt for community service over jail and are assigned as big brothers to two young boys. Danny is paired with Augie, a gamer, and Wheeler with Ronnie, a child with a potty mouth. Despite initial difficulties, they start to form a bond with the boys, but both men soon make mistakes that threaten their relationships. Can they change and become positive role models for the children they mentor?
