synopsis

Young Robin Hood falls in love with maid Marian and competes with his father in an archery competition at the king's palace. On his way home, his father was murdered by Prince John's followers. Robin lives the life of an outlaw, gathering his merry band in Sherwood Forest to avenge his father's death and help the people of Prince John's overtaxed land.
