Manifest season 4 part 2 plot and part 1 ending explained
In the last episode of the first half of the season, the Stones hurry to locate the Omega Sapphire before it falls into the wrong hands. Meanwhile, Cal's health deteriorates rapidly in their family home. However, unbeknownst to them, Angelina has already stolen the valuable sapphire.
Ben receives a vision of Grace instructing him to bring Eden to her. Assuming that he needs to take Eden to Grace's grave, Ben follows the instruction obediently. Upon his arrival, Angelina confronts him and reveals that she survived the explosion. Additionally, the sapphire has augmented her abilities, enabling her to generate false callings. Ben and Angelina then provide Eden with an opportunity to choose between her real father and her fake mother. Eden ultimately selects Ben.
Angelina then escapes to a church, where she opens a lava fissure, similar to those that opened towards the end of the third season, endangering the individuals present inside.
Meanwhile, Olive collaborates with TJ, who has returned from his trip to Egypt in season 2, to uncover more information about the sapphire. They discover evidence that suggests Cal may be the key to shifting the balance of destiny in their favour.
Upon discovering this, Zeke uses his empathic abilities to take Cal's cancer from him, ultimately dying in his place. This sacrifice grants Cal the chance to fulfil his role as the passengers' saviour.
Cal confronts Angelina in a vision set on Flight 828, ultimately managing to overpower her and shatter the Omega Sapphire.
At the end of the episode, Angelina emerges from the debris with a fragment of the Omega Sapphire embedded in her hand.
