synopsis
When a string of swiftly moving, violent thunderstorms struck Austin, causing hurricanes and tornadoes, torrential rain, flash floods, and extensive damage, Owen, Tommy, and 126 other people were called to a county fair. When they believed the situation couldn't get any worse, a "heat burst," a more unusual weather occurrence, struck the city and caused temperatures to soar to 122 degrees Fahrenheit.

Owen's newfound passion for motorcycling puts him on a potentially dangerous path. Tommy has the potential for a romance when she meets an attractive single father. And as T.K. and Carlos prepare for their wedding, a secret from Carlos' past may stand in their way to happiness.
