synopsis

Jake Wheeler, a 14-year-old artist-to-be, is the focus of the television series. When he purchases a Good Guy doll at a yard sale, he learns that it is haunted by the spirit of Brad Dourif's fictitious serial murderer, Charles Lee Ray. Chucky begins killing people in and around Hackensack, New Jersey, Jake's hometown, transforming the area into a crime scene and making Jake the prime suspect.
